Returns & Aftercare
We want you to love the result. Our policy distinguishes between services/software and any physical goods supplied.
Software & Services (Remapping/Diagnostics)
- Before work: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with reasonable notice (see Policies).
- After work performed: ECU calibration is a bespoke digital service tailored to your vehicle. Once installed and test-driven, it’s non-refundable. If you experience issues, we’ll investigate and remedy where the cause relates to our calibration.
- Rework window: If you’re not satisfied with drivability within 14 days, contact us. We can adjust the calibration or revert to stock at our discretion.
- Pre-existing faults: Tuning cannot compensate for underlying mechanical/electrical issues (e.g., weak turbo, clogged DPF, faulty sensors). Repairs are outside scope.
Hardware (if supplied)
- Unused/Unopened: Return within 30 days in original packaging for a refund (less shipping and any non-recoverable fees).
- Used/Installed: Not eligible for return unless faulty under manufacturer warranty.
- Faulty goods: We’ll assist with diagnostics and warranty claims according to the manufacturer’s terms.
Road-Legal Note

This approach aligns with typical UK tuning industry practices while focusing on fair aftercare and transparent expectations.
